Q.  I would like you to share something about yourself with our readers.

As I have mentioned in acknowledgment of book , this great nation will greet me with warm wishes & love that is my expectations,  I have many good stories & I would like to share all with them but that will become possible only when my 1st venture ” yes i met maruti ” will become popular work. My stories will give them refreshments & entertainment that’s for sure ,additionally I will give classic & memorable moments in same work ..

Q. How did you come up with the idea of writing this genre?

From everybody I am getting this question & I really don’t know how to answer this question because many things compelled me to write stories , as I mentioned in book acknowledgment, work of many storytellers from cinema as well as books motivated me to write & tell stories , it’s very difficult to mention all names here & all factors which made me storyteller. However I can’t deny that biggest contributor & motivator factor is “epic Sanskrit stories ” .

Q. Where did you find the inspiration to write this book?

Particular this book ? There were many scripts  jumping in my head , but yes i met maruti was something common & General , I mean this story is not for any specific segment or region. This story covers many things like College fun, innocent romance, cool spirituality, power of imagination, a story telling contest, family emotions, motivation, success & last but not the least maruti (the god). So despite of storage of another scripts I deliberately framed this story to become author

Q. What exactly does your book convey?

Do we get something from every story? A story is not a story if can’t provide us entertainment, if it can’t refresh us , in this busy life & hectic schedule ,if something provides us reason to smile that’s enough, anything which take away us from real world that is meditation I believe.
What I meant is this is not necessary that every story give some message or convey something. My idea of storytelling is very simple. And that’s entertainment, refreshment & to spread love . I would go for non fiction, article or documentary to put my view but will not ruin the word ‘storytelling’ for the sake of messages.

Q. What all was going in your head while penning down this book?

It’s like I am doing my graduation & masters again to put down words on paper for this story. My observations, readings & talks helped me a lot to tell story but as far as emotions are concerned, we can’t portray mere than something what we have experienced or seen in life. It’s very difficult to forcefully invite someone in our dream.

Q. How much time you used to commit to this book?

It took around 6 months to write this book but editing further took 4 months . And it seems that it’s still going on . Because this is 1st book. So it happens, not bother about it .

Q. How do you handle the criticism that comes towards your way?

Criticism comes when we become successful & popular  eagerly waiting to handle it .

Q. How was your experience with the publisher throughout the publishing of the book?

It was good , saakshi was always there for any communication. But almost all budding writer will come with grammatical blunders, specially from small towns  . Writers can focus more on content, if error of punctuation would  be wiped off by publishers. They have stories not wren & Martin

Q. How would you like to advice budding authors?

Read my book ” yes i met maruti ” No , not for my sale , how Jay Jani wrote his story to participate in storytelling contest will provide a massive pillar to them , I am totally confident about it . This novel will create many novelists that’s for sure .
