I started writing since I did not know how to spell literature. But people around me encouraged me and that kept me going. I evolved with time. The book if one of the milestones of the journey that I and my words are on!!
Q. Where did you find the inspiration to write this book?
The germ stemmed from the alarming population growth in our country.
The poems are inspired by sudden waves of emotions, the feeling I have for my love, for my life, for my friends etc.
Q. What exactly does your book convey?
It is a complex story of a woman journalist whose pursuit of her goal is marred by unexpected hassles.
Well, it doesn’t convey anything, it walks along! You can consider this as a companion in your journey of emotions. A companion who does not gurantee to make you feel any happy or sad. But definitely promises to be along… irrespective of joy or sadness

Whenever I get a thought and I shape it up in a Shayari or poem, I have only one thing in my mind. The way I can feel those words, readers should also be able to feel the same. They should find a mirror of their feelings in those words.

I have not given any special time for the poems but yes, for the consolidation and drafting and editing, I have spent good amount of time.
