Q. How did you come up with the idea of writing this genre?

Coming across the work of T.W Schultz on human capital and his Nobel speech had deep influence on me.

Q. Where did you find the inspiration to write this book?

My deep love to academic teaching and students encouragements are the real inspiration.

Q. What exactly does your book convey?

The book conveys that for agriculture space is not a problem. Agricultural people may be poor but not inefficient. They can improve their efficiency if we invest on education.

Q. What all was going in your head while penning down this book?

If beginning is exact and timely end will be exactly same.

Q. Was there any moment you backed off from the idea of writing a book?

No not at all

Q. How do you handle the criticism that comes towards your way?

Criticisms are the only medium of improving the work without cost.

Q. How was your experience with Bluerose throughout the publishing of the book?

It was fantastic. My special thank goes to Priti Madam who is perfect in her work beyond doubt.

Q. How would you like to advice budding authors?

If there is way there is will. Labour never do waste.
